About the role

FUN Commune is seeking an Assistant Enrichment Teacher (Weekend) to join our dynamic education team. This is a part-time position based in the Aljunied Central Region, offering weekend work that complements our enrichment programmes. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering engaging and interactive learning experiences that inspire and develop young learners outside traditional school hours. Your contribution will be essential in creating a supportive, creative environment where students can explore their interests and develop new skills.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in planning and delivering enrichment classes for students aged 4 to 12 (small teacher to students ratio)

2. Support the lead instructor in classroom management and student engagement activities

3. Prepare and organise materials, resources and learning equipment for enrichment sessions

4. Maintain a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported

5. Support lead instructors in adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs and learning styles

What we're looking for

1. Ability to work on weekends

2. Be comfortable to work with children aged 4 to 12 years old

3. Enthusiasm for education and a genuine passion for helping young learners develop and grow

4. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues

5. Ability to work on weekends
