Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily factory operations to ensure productivity, quality, and timely delivery.

• Review AutoCAD drawings and fabrication details to ensure production work is carried out according to project specifications.

• Monitor fabrication activities and ensure welding and assembly work meet quality standards.

• Prepare weekly production schedules and coordinate manpower, materials, and resources effectively.

• Oversee inventory control, material movement, and stock accuracy within the factory.

• Coordinate with suppliers on material sourcing, procurement, and replenishment.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, ISO procedures, and company quality standards.

• Conduct worker training and support continuous improvement in production efficiency.

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and production workflow.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production, fabrication, manufacturing, or construction environments.

• Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.

• Experience supervising fabrication, welding, or workshop operations will be an advantage.

• Familiar with production planning, inventory control, and workplace safety practices.
