• Position : Facilities Manager (ACMV | HVAC Building Maintenance)

• Location : Central

• Working hours : 5.5 days | Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm | Saturday, 8:30am - 12:30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to S$7,000 Monthly Basic + 12 Days Annual Leave + Completion bonus payable upon successful completion of the one-year contract, subject to the applicable contract terms.

• Duration: One-year contract, renewable or convertible to permanent employment subject to performance and business requirements.

• Industry : Construction | ACMV and Green Technology Systems

Responsibilities:

• Manage facilities operations covering office services and building maintenance activities.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on site performance, operational risks, plans and improvement initiatives.

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for HVAC, ACMV, MAU, AHU and utility systems.

• Coordinate contractors, quotations and approvals, and monitor vendor SLA and KPI performance.

• Manage consumables planning, stock control and replenishment.

• Lead incident response during equipment breakdowns and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Supervise the on-site facilities management team and support daily operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or a related discipline.

• Minimum three years of facilities management experience involving ACMV, HVAC, M&E or building services systems.

• Experience in laboratory, pharmaceutical, cleanroom or life-science environments would be advantageous.
