Job scope:

Create and manage production schedules based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and operational requirements.

Coordinate with sales, procurement, and production teams to balance manufacturing capacity with demand.

Review changes in customer requirements and revise production schedules to support delivery commitments.

Assist in production planning activities and support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Maintain and update Bill of Materials (BOM) accurately within the ERP system.

Monitor material availability and work closely with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of raw materialsand components.

Raise purchase requisitions according to production requirements and planned inventory levels.

Track supplier lead times and follow up on material deliveries to prevent production delays.

Monitor inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock while minimizing excess inventory.

Review inventory performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to inventory control practices.

Manage safety stock and reorder parameters to maintain supply continuity.

Work closely with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth coordination of material flow.

Analyze planning and inventory data, monitor key operational KPIs, and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
