Permanent Position

5-Day Work Week (Monday – Friday)

Responsible for managing customer accounts, coordinating order fulfilment, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. This role supports order management, shipment scheduling, and production coordination to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new customer accounts.

• Provide timely responses to customer enquiries, requests, and order updates.

• Keep customers informed of order status, shipment schedules, and potential issues.

• Process customer Purchase Orders (PO) and issue order acknowledgements in a timely manner.

• Process RFQs and coordinate quotation follow-ups with relevant departments.

• Handle change orders and ensure alignment between quoted prices and customer PO.

• Maintain accurate data entry and update sales orders and job orders in the company's ERP/MRP system (SYSPRO).

• Adjust material allocations and monitor order progress within the system.

• Monitor daily shipment schedules and ensure delivery timelines are met.

• Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to expedite orders when necessary.

• Identify potential delays and proactively escalate issues to relevant stakeholders

• Prepare and submit customers open order reports accurately and on time.

• Maintain proper documentation for customer orders and related transactions.

• Effectively communicate customer requirements to internal departments.

• Work closely with supply chain, production planning, and sales teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma / Others with applicable working experience.

• Preferably with at least 2-3 years of working in the similar role.

• Experience working with ERP / MRP systems (preferably SYSPRO) is an advantage.
