As a Procurement Executive (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of pharmaceutical products, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.

• Source and evaluate suppliers, manage tenders, and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Monitor supplier contracts and pricing to ensure compliance with agreed terms.

• Forecast medication demand and coordinate inventory replenishment to prevent stock shortages and product expiry.

• Process purchase orders and track deliveries using ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Business Central).

• Coordinate medication distribution, including urgent repacking and dispatch to clinics.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of temperature-sensitive medications in accordance with cold chain requirements.

• Ensure procurement activities comply with healthcare regulations and internal quality standards.

• Maintain accurate procurement records to support audits and regulatory compliance.

• Manage product recalls and address medication quality or packaging issues.

• Reconcile purchase orders, delivery orders, goods received notes (GRNs), and invoices with the finance team.

• Prepare procurement reports and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a min Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field
