Position: Customer Service
Salary: up to $2500
Working Day: 5 Days
Working Hour: 9am-6.30pm
Working Location: Toh Guan Road

Job Responsibilities:

• Phone and email customer service assistance.

• Following the established SOP, prepare import/export and shipping paperwork and invoice orders after shipments have been closed.

• Keep an eye on shipments to make sure they are cleared and delivered on time.

• Verify that all incoming and departing operations meet the Key Performance Indexes.

• Work with the supervisor to plan warehouse operations.

• Work together with other departments to complete orders and on-time delivery.

• Verify that every inventory is accurate.

• Keep thorough records of your inventory levels and report any inconsistencies.

• Take care of general office housekeeping.

• Preserve a secure workplace.

• Complete any additional work-related tasks as directed by a supervisor.
