Basic Salary

• Technician 1: $1,800 – $2,500

• Engineering Assistant: $2,000 – $2,600

• Assistant Engineer: $2,600 – $3,200

Allowance:

• Day Shift Allowance: $6.50/day

• Night Shift Allowance: $15.50/day

• Meal Allowance: $3/day

Gross Salary: $3500++

Working Location: Pioneer

Working Hours Options (choose one shift):

• Shift A (Day)

  • 8:00 AM – 8:15 PM

  • Sunday–Wednesday, then Sunday–Tuesday

• Shift B (Night)

  • 8:00 PM – 8:15 AM

  • Sunday–Wednesday, then Sunday–Tuesday

• Shift C (Day)

  • 8:00 AM – 8:15 PM

  • Wednesday–Saturday, then Thursday–Saturday

• Shift D (Night)

  • 8:00 PM – 8:15 AM

  • Wednesday–Saturday , then Thursday–Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Cleanroom environment (wear jumpsuit)

• Operate and monitor automated production machines to ensure continuous production and maintain product quality.

• Load raw materials, perform routine machine checks, and troubleshoot or repair equipment to minimize downtime.

• Perform troubleshooting up to Level 2 (applicable for Assistant Engineer role).
