Responsibilities:

• Provide Presales support on solutions including networks, NTP, systems, and security applications.

• Provide technical support and deployment services for networks, systems, and security solutions.

• Provide technical support for tender submission, including technical compliance, technical solution proposal, and conducting Proof-of-Concept testing based on given bill of material.

• Evaluate and test new products and technologies to enhance company’s products and solutions offering.

• Troubleshoot reported system issues and follow up with technology vendors till resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in pre- and post-sales support for network, system and security applications including:

• Microsoft based Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, RADIUS & AAA servers

• Microsoft based Certificate Authority

• Window/Linux/UNIX OS environments

• Hardware Security Module (HSM) – Good to have

• Key Management System (KMS) – Good to have

• Knowledge in database deployment including MSSQL, Oracle, MYSQL – Good to hear

• Experience in cloud deployments and integration for AWS/Azure/GCP – Good to have

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues or perform technical setup with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with networking solutions (i.e. switching, routing) is necessary, CCNA preferred.
