Job Responsibilities

• Assemble, debug, and optimize precision mold tooling according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Perform tooling adjustments, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process optimization to ensure products meet customer and quality requirements.

• Inspect completed assemblies using precision measuring instruments, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams while adhering to company safety procedures and 5S practices.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, NTC, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Experience in precision tooling assembly, mold tooling, plastic injection molding, or semiconductor manufacturing environments.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and mold assembly schematics.

• Familiar with precision measuring instruments and basic Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel.

• Good communication skills in English, able to work independently or as part of a team, willing to perform overtime when required, and capable of handling materials and components as part of daily operational duties.
