Our Client, a trusted A1-graded contractor, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Architectural Coordinator (Structural).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To assist Project Manager/Engineer to plan & execute structural & architectural works

• Lead in site coordination with all trades

• To liaise with RTO for inspection

• Prepare; submission of shop drawings/Materials/MOS

• To check shop drawings submitted by Sub-contractors

• To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings

• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers etc

• Procurement and monitoring of Architectural related materials

• To carry out inspection/trade demo/material testing/mock-up

• To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Achi)

• Attend subcon meetings

• Contract administration and other site operational & project management matters

• Any other works as assigned by the Management or your Superior

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture or equivalent

• At least 3 years of experience in building/construction trade

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location: Upper Thomson (Tagore)

• Working Days/Hours: 5.5 days/Office hours, 8am - 6.30pm / 8am - 2pm

• Salary: Up till $5,000 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
