As a Clinic Manager - Dental, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic.

• Lead, supervise, and develop the clinic team.

• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning.

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle patient feedback.

• Support chairside dental assisting when required.

• Optimise patient flow, appointment scheduling, and clinic efficiency.

• Monitor clinic performance and achieve operational and sales targets.

• Work closely with dentists to improve workflows and patient care.

• Manage inventory, equipment, facilities, and vendor coordination.

• Oversee billing, payments, cost control, and clinic profitability.

• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in any field or equivalent.

• Possess a minimum of 4 to 5 years of operations experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
