Senior Team Lead, Warehouse Operations

Location: Greenwich, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM

Are you an experienced warehouse operations professional with strong leadership skills? We're looking for a Senior Team Lead, Warehouse Operations to oversee daily warehouse activities, drive operational excellence, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure service levels and delivery timelines are met.

• Drive efficient and cost-effective warehouse operations while maintaining high productivity.

• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, inventory management, value-added services, and dispatch of goods.

• Supervise, coach, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational KPIs.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety standards, 5S, and audit requirements.

• Monitor operational performance, identify process improvements, and lead implementation projects.

• Handle customer issues professionally and resolve operational challenges effectively.

• Plan manpower deployment, overtime, and workforce scheduling.

• Develop and improve warehouse SOPs and operational workflows.

• Coordinate staff training and support continuous team development.

• Initiate system enhancement requests and leverage technology to improve operations.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics leadership.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.

• Experience with KPI reporting, dashboard creation, and operational data analysis.

• Good understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
