Job Summary:

Basic Salary: Up to $6,800 + VB

Bonus: 1 month bonus for every completed year

Working Location: Joo Koon HQ (Right beside MRT)

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Employment Type: 2 Years Contract (Under RecruitFirst)

Job Description

• Lead and manage strategic projects aligned with business transformation initiatives, including category merchandising, trade terms, sustainability, and commercial excellence.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop business cases, provide strategic recommendations, and drive project execution.

• Drive supply resilience initiatives by balancing service levels, inventory optimisation, and cost efficiency across the supply chain.

• Analyse market trends, business performance, and value chain opportunities to support long-term commercial planning and value creation.

• Develop dashboards and data-driven insights to support business decision-making and performance tracking.

• Utilise SQL, BigQuery, G-Scripts, and Tableau to extract, analyse, and visualise business data.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks proactively, and ensure timely delivery of business initiatives.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, commercial transformation, and digitalisation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Strategy, Procurement, Business Transformation, or Project Management.

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Dashboard Development, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau.

• Experience with BigQuery and G-Scripts will be an advantage.

• Proven project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives and business transformation projects.

• Experience within the Retail or FMCG industry is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Candidates who are immediately available or able to commence work on short notice will be highly preferred.
