Daily Operations Management

Take charge of full-cycle warehouse operations including receiving, storage and shipment, ensuring all tasks are completed within required timelines and standards.

Operational Efficiency Improvement

Manage daily warehouse operations, continuously optimize warehousing workflows to boost operational efficiency, and track the delivery of business targets covering quality, lead time, cost, safety and other relevant KPIs.

System Optimization

Identify pain points and difficulties in on-site daily operations, propose optimization suggestions based on the existing system, follow up on implementation and standardize finalized processes. Responsibilities include submitting functional demands, assisting in drafting requirement specification documents and conducting UAT testing.

Warehouse Safety System Construction

Oversee safety management and regular audits of centralized warehouses, covering personnel occupational safety as well as safety of material storage and inbound & outbound handling.

Over three years of hands-on experience in logistics and warehouse management with practical operational expertise; candidates with overall coordination management experience are preferred.

Experience in using and optimizing ERP and WMS systems; prior experience in WMS system implementation planning is a plus.

Strong team player, diligent, reliable and responsible.

College diploma or above in Logistics, Warehousing or related majors.

Able to work proficiently in Chinese and accept irregular overtime work as required by the job.

Quality: Ensure consistent inventory records with zero inventory surplus and zero inventory shortage; maintain 100% alignment between actual storage locations and system location data.

Lead Time: Meet SLA targets for inbound and outbound timelines based on business requirements. Complete all inbound tasks on a daily basis, and finish all outbound operations within one day.

Cost: Optimize in-warehouse operational efficiency, and boost space utilization and labor productivity by 20%.

Safety: Achieve zero safety incidents during warehouse operations, and ensure fully compliant handling with zero violations.
