To Provide Administrative support for Projects and Maintenance Contract
Prepare monthly progress claims and costs.
Create Material creation on SAP for new material purchasing.
Process vendor invoices and prepare sales order.
Prepare documents for customer/ vendor account creation for project, maintenance and solution section.
Monitor and maintain the maintenance contract renewal and outstanding payment i.e. A&A works, Maintenance & variation orders.
Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and maintenance contracts renewals.
Prepare the operating maintenance manual and necessary documentations for submission and parts purchases and services for service team.
Ensure proper documentations for parts purchase and services for maintenance team.
Perform the role as the department document controller for confidential documents.
Prepare monthly backlog reports for both project and maintenance.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business, Accounts, Engineering related field.
1 to 3 years' accounts/admin/project costing and coordination experience in engineering sectors.
Those without experience and have worked in engineering sectors are welcome to apply.
Experience in coordinating engineering projects, manage documentation, support tenders, and understand technical drawings and building systems.
Self-starter, good organizational skills and able to work independently.
