We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Executive to join our team. This full-time role will be responsible for managing and monitoring the company's inventory , ensuring efficient stock management and timely delivery to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels across multiple warehouses

• Coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align inventory with demand and optimize stock levels

• Analyzing inventory data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to minimize stock wastage and improve inventory turnover

• Conducting regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation

• Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies and implementing corrective measures

• Assisting with the implementation of new inventory management systems and processes

• Providing timely and accurate inventory reports to management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an inventory management or supply chain role in the food manufacturing industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and act on inventory data

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Navision or similar ERP software and Microsoft Excel

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
