Role Mission:
Oversee sales and marketing for Agency brands (Wines), liaising with Agency brands owners and driving sales and marketing executions in market with wholesaler sales team.
Key Process Accountabilities:
Build Brand and Trade Marketing Plan for Agency Brands
Identify brand strengths and work with GM / COO on strategic brand direction.
Plan Trade Marketing Calendar, utilizing brand A&P.
Implementation of Trade Marketing activities
Responsible for executing trade marketing programs in On and Off Trade.
Work with Commercial teams of other entities to identify hit list of accounts to execute trade marketing activations.
Responsible for the execution of all Agency brand trade activations.
Brand Advocacy
Conduct wine training for trade partners and consumers.
Host wine dinners and/or events led by Agency brand products.
Commercial Excellence
Take the lead and ownership in identifying, developing key accounts, and securing new listings and Wine-by-the-Glass/Housepour opportunities. Partner closely with the wholesale sales team throughout the sales cycle, leading the initial engagement and account conversion before jointly managing and growing the business.
Agency Brand Management
Assist GM and COO in managing Wine Agency brand owners KPIs.
Pro-active involvement in demand planning for Agency Wines with wholesaler procurement team.
Job Requirements:
Min WSET Level 2
Min of 3 years in relevant role
Sound experience in Wine landscape in Singapore
Sound interpretation of consumer trends and behaviours
English fluency in written and spoken
Able to communicate professionally and effectively
Work well in a variety of team dynamics
