Responsibilities
Operations Support
· Assist in coordinating production schedules and monitoring workflow progress.
· Track inventory levels, materials usage, and support procurement activities.
· Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards.
Administrative Support
· Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including production reports and quality documentation.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
· Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries.
Logistics & Coordination
· Coordinate shipping, receiving, and logistics for materials and finished products.
· Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
· Support planning and execution of operational improvement initiatives.
Communication & Liaison
· Act as a point of contact for operational inquiries.
· Facilitate communication between manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams.
Requirements
· Professional Certificate / NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
· 1–3 years of administrative or operations support experience.
· Familiarity with semiconductor or fast-paced manufacturing environments.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
