Job Scope
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Plan manpower requirements with department heads.
Advertise job vacancies and source candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and select suitable candidates.
Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.
Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (where applicable).
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Conduct orientation for new employees.
Maintain employee records and personnel files.
Manage resignations, terminations, exit interviews, and final settlements.
3. Payroll & Benefits
Oversee monthly payroll processing.
Ensure CPF, tax, and statutory contributions are accurate.
Manage employee benefits, leave, insurance, and claims.
Monitor attendance, overtime, and leave records.
4. Work Pass Administration (Singapore)
Process Work Passes applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
Liaise with government agencies such as MOM.
Monitor quota, levy, and work pass expiry dates.
Foreign worker quota and levy management
Staff scheduling and manpower planning
Handling MOM, CPF, and IRAS matters
Drafting employment contracts, warning letters, and disciplinary documents
Coordinating medical check-ups and workplace injury claims
Ensuring compliance with SFA, NEA, and MOM employment requirements where relevant.
Key Skills
