Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Epitaxy (EPI) process engineering team to achieve production, quality, and yield targets.
Develop, optimize, and sustain epitaxial growth processes for semiconductor wafer manufacturing.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance yield, productivity, equipment utilization, and cost efficiency.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for process-related issues.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI), technology transfers, and process qualifications.
Monitor and improve key process metrics including SPC, Cp/Cpk, defect density, uniformity, and process capability.
Collaborate closely with Equipment, Integration, Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D teams to resolve technical challenges.
Lead engineering projects focused on automation, process innovation, and manufacturing excellence.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of semiconductor process engineering experience, including leadership or managerial experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Epitaxy (EPI) processes within semiconductor wafer fabrication.
Solid knowledge of epitaxial growth technologies such as CVD, RPCVD, Si EPI, or related EPI processes.
Experience in process optimization, yield improvement, SPC, DOE, FMEA, and statistical data analysis.
Proven experience supporting high-volume manufacturing and New Product Introduction (NPI).
