IAM Analyst - #1166672

About the Role

We are looking for an IAM Analyst to manage and support our Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment. You will help ensure users have the right access to systems, improve security controls, and support identity-related projects across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SailPoint, or Okta.

• Administer user accounts and automate Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.

• Perform user access reviews and ensure access complies with company policies.

• Configure and support (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access.

• Maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.

• Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions where applicable.

• Monitor identity-related security events and investigate access issues.

• Develop simple automation scripts using PowerShell or Python.

• Support audit and compliance activities by maintaining accurate access records.

• Work closely with IT, HR, and business teams to manage user access and permissions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or a related IT security role.

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.

• Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, or Saviynt.

• Basic understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

• Experience with PowerShell or Python scripting is an advantage.

• Knowledge of CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or other PAM solutions is a plus.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft SC-300, CISSP, Okta, or other IAM-related certifications.

• Experience with cloud security, AWS IAM, Azure Policy, or Terraform.

• Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles.
