Job Summary:
An opportunity to support enterprise IT applications and drive system improvements while coordinating projects and enhancing business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for enterprise applications, including troubleshooting, incident handling, and user assistance
• Support systems such as SAP S/4 HANA, Freshdesk, Servigistics, and Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams)
• Monitor application performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience
• Manage user accounts, system access, and permissions
• Maintain system documentation, including SOPs, user guides, and knowledge base materials
• Assist with business reporting using tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SQL queries
• Support data extraction, validation, report generation, and dashboard maintenance
• Collaborate with business users to gather and document system requirements
• Prepare functional specifications, testing scenarios, and project documentation
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and support end-user training
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders for system implementations and enhancements
• Track project risks, issues, and progress updates
• Manage assigned small-scale IT projects
• Ensure IT support tickets are properly tracked and resolved

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in IT application support
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as Servigistics, Freshdesk or similar ticketing tools, SharePoint, and analytics platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries and reporting tools
• Experience in user support, troubleshooting, and system coordination
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of inventory planning and supply chain concepts is an added advantage
