Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the environmental, energy, and water markets across ASEAN and India.

• Work closely with internal teams to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for new products and services.

• Develop proof of concepts (POCs) and pilot projects to validate new business ideas.

• Research emerging technologies and identify potential technology partners.

• Evaluate new technologies through factory trials and test-bed projects.

• Support the commercialization of new solutions by scaling successful POCs into market-ready products and services.

• Develop sustainable business models by balancing market demand, technical feasibility, and commercial viability.

• Collaborate with regional teams, headquarters in Japan, R&D, and external partners to drive successful project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Product Management, Innovation, or a related role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good commercial and technical understanding.

• Experience identifying market opportunities and developing new business strategies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multicultural and cross-functional teams.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
