Property Executive (MNC)

Location: Tai Seng (Main Office)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours

We are looking for a Property Executive to support the day-to-day management and operations of commercial properties. You will work closely with tenants, landlords, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth building operations, regulatory compliance, and excellent tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of assigned commercial properties.

• Ensure building services are delivered in compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and contractual requirements.

• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance, repair, and improvement works.

• Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors, and service providers to resolve operational issues promptly.

• Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, as well as unit handovers and takeovers.

• Support Asset Enhancement (A&A) works and oversee project execution where required.

• Administer lease matters, including rental collection, lease documentation, and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) recovery.

• Prepare reports, maintain property records, and support budget monitoring.

Requirements

• Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 3 years of relevant property management experience.

• Experience managing commercial buildings is required. Experience managing landlord-owned properties will be an added advantage.

• Hands-on experience with Asset Enhancement (A&A) works, as well as unit handover and takeover.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
