1. Client Management Executive (Logistic Solution) /Up to $3,800 @Ubi

• Coordination of client’s business requirement to ensure good service level are delivered to clients.

• Attend client’s enquiries and requirement on order information/status, quotation, shipping, etc

• Advising client on delivery schedule and inventory availability.

• Follow up closely to ensure resolution of all problems and issues from Clients.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure clients’ operational requirements are met

• Initiate continuous processes improvement, Participate in Demand planning with the client.

• Provide business reports to Management and client on a weekly/monthly basis.

• Diploma in any discipline with 1 year in order management /customer service.

2. Security Executive /Up to $4,500/Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm, Sat: 8am - 12pm @Tai Seng

• Liaise with security agency on deployment & oversee performance of the Security Officers.

• Enforce company rules, regulations and security measures in the workplace.

• Respond to calls on emergency; incidents and accidents in the company premises

• Spot checks of the night guards and foreign workers staying within and outside company quarters.

• Oversee schedules & duties of the housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness of the premises.

• Liaise with the dormitory employees, implement measures to improve security and housekeeping functions.

• Experience in security and fire safety in dormitory environments.

• Background as a Police with PLRD security license.
