Urgent hiring: Production Coordinator (Steel Fabrication) - #1166512

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate fabrication projects from order confirmation through to final delivery, ensuring project requirements, engineering drawings, production schedules, and delivery timelines are properly managed

• Work closely with customers, the Sales team, and the Production team to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.

• Review customer specifications and engineering drawings, and clarify any technical requirements before production commences.

• Arrange and coordinate site measurements, product deliveries, and installation activities when required.

• Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential issues or delays, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement timely solutions.

• Provide regular project updates and progress reports to customers and management throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in sheet metal fabrication, steel fabrication, or a related mechanical engineering industry.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in stainless steel fabrication is essential.

• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Prior experience in high-tech manufacturing or cleanroom-related industries (e.g., Semiconductor or Pharmaceutical) will be an added advantage.

• Experience in production coordination, project coordination, precision engineering, or related fabrication environments is highly preferred.
