Job Description:

1. Support the shift maintenance team to ensure smooth daily operations.

2. Perform troubleshooting and identify the root cause of equipment issues.

3. Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.

4. Guide and train maintenance technicians on daily tasks.

5. Work with engineers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve equipment issues.

6. Monitor equipment performance and prepare maintenance reports.

7. Support continuous improvement projects to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.

8. Follow cleanroom procedures, safety rules, and company policies at all times.

Job Requirement:

1. Strong troubleshooting skills in semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

2. Experience with front-end process equipment and control systems is an added advantage.

3. Experience in shift operations, team coordination, or leadership is preferred.

4. Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

5. Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts in a 24/7 cleanroom manufacturing environment.
