Basic Salary: $2,200 - $3,000
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Ang Mo Kio area (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)
Permanent Role + AWS + VB
Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, transfer calls, and relay messages to relevant departments.
Provide general administrative support, including typing, printing, filing, mailing, and courier arrangements.
Manage renewals for insurance policies, permits, certifications, equipment, machinery, and company assets.
Liaise with vendors on purchases, maintenance, renewals, and related enquiries.
Raise purchase orders in SAP.
Support HR matters, including attendance records, leave records, staff particulars, recruitment administration, and onboarding preparation.
Assist with employee welfare, company events, training arrangements, annual check-ups, and meeting minutes.
Support ISO, GMP, HR guidelines, policies, and documentation.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative or HR support experience.
Experience with Infotech system will be an advantage.
