Join JLL's dynamic sustainability team as a Sustainability Consultant, where you'll be at the forefront of transforming buildings into high-performance, energy-efficient assets. In this role, you'll conduct comprehensive energy audits, design impactful carbon reduction strategies, and lead prestigious green building certification projects across diverse portfolios. Key responsibilities
Conduct on-site energy efficiency audits across HVAC systems, boilers, air compressors, lighting, and building equipment to identify viable Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs)
Analyze BMS and M&V trending data to evaluate building operation characteristics and identify optimization opportunities that drive energy, water, and carbon savings
Develop detailed recommendations and implementation plans tailored to client requirements and regulatory standards, preparing comprehensive technical reports that communicate findings clearly
Manage energy improvement projects from conception to completion, including cooling system retrofits, retro-commissioning initiatives, and performance monitoring
Lead Green Building Certification projects (Green Mark, LEED, WELL), ensuring all documentation, site verifications, and submissions meet certification requirements
Perform onsite sensor verification and prepare BCA-OSE reports in compliance with regulatory frameworks
Provide consultative analysis and strategic feedback to clients based on industry best practices, building strong relationships through technical expertise and collaborative problem-solving
About you
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Building Services Engineering, Sustainability, or related engineering disciplines
Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) certification
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Energy Audit/Energy Management and Green Building Certification projects
Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience conducting Level-III energy audits or equivalent assessments
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and equipment, including Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy/Power Monitoring Systems (PMS)
Field experience working with HVAC components including chillers, air-handlers, power meters, air compressors, and related building systems
Proficiency in MS Office suite with strong data analytics capabilities for interpreting complex building performance data
Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations
Collaborative team player with proven ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships
Self-motivated professional with excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
