URGENT!!Project Manager (A1 Maincon- HDB) - #1166469

Our client is an Singapore company in the Construction industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Project Manager (HDB) to join their Project HDB team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team.

They are located in Town – easily accessible via various modes of transport.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage building construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor site progress, resolve technical and construction issues, and ensure project milestones are met.

• Oversee design coordination, shop drawing submissions, material approvals, and authority clearances.

• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, contract specifications, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

• Manage project resources, schedules, risks, costs, and documentation.

• Support the tender process by reviewing technical specifications and evaluating submissions.

• Supervise site operations to achieve quality workmanship, timely completion, and strong safety performance.

• Prepare weekly progress reports and provide regular updates to Management.

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or a related discipline recognized by BCA Singapore.

• At least 10 years of experience in the building construction industry, preferably with HDB projects.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building construction.

• CPAS Tier A or Tier A-Star accreditation under SCAL is preferred.

• Strong technical knowledge in structural, architectural, and/or M&E works.
