Data Center Technician - #1166379

What you'll be doing

• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of servers, storage systems, network equipment, and other data center infrastructure
• Monitor and maintain the environmental conditions within the data center, including temperature, humidity, and power supply
• Implement and follow best practices for data center operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies
• Provide on-site support and respond to incidents or issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain detailed documentation and records of all maintenance activities and incidents

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a data center technician or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network equipment
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of data center operations, maintenance, and environmental control systems
• Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and technologies, such as IPMI, SNMP, and DCIM
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
