Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project execution to ensure milestones are achieved within schedule
• Develop and maintain master project schedules, tracking progress against key deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and external partners on project implementation
• Monitor project activities and ensure alignment with defined timelines and responsibilities
• Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers and distributors
• Ensure all project documentation is reviewed, approved, and ready for delivery
• Coordinate site testing, commissioning, and handover to aftermarket teams
• Provide first-level technical support throughout project execution
• Support feasibility studies and assist with cost estimation for project management activities
• Prepare and submit monthly project status reports highlighting risks and key issues
• Provide technical support for third-party products and drawing submissions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on delivery schedules, testing, and documentation
• Update stakeholders on project progress during regular meetings
• Manage on-site installation activities to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate subcontractors on installation works, drawings, and material submissions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in an industrial equipment manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with generators, transformers, switchgears, and UPS systems
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical (M&E) drawings
• Familiarity with generator systems, controls, accessories, and relevant standards/codes
