General Manager / Centre Manager, Retail Mall - #1166359

Responsibilities:

• Involve in defining overall Centre strategy and execute the strategy to ensure key targets are met

• Full P&L accountability for the Centre, leading teams in leasing, marketing and operations

• Manage day-to-day responsibilities to drive, direct and monitor the overall performance of the Centre

• Collaborate with Asset Management team to manage asset's infrastructure, standards and presentation

• Formulate plans for team activities to achieve agreed targets

• Prepare and present monthly management reports

• Keep abreast of new-to-market / retail market scene and propose new ideas / prospects for implementation

• Build and maintain good relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience in asset enhancement and management, lease and property management

• Strong business acumen and proven track record in managing a Centre's P&L

• Heads-on leadership style and experienced in leading teams

• Excellent interpersonal skills, skillful in managing various stakeholders and navigate various demands

• Good and positive attitude with high agility in responding to the evolving business landscape and requirements

• Willing to work post-regular hours to meet job demands
