As the public healthcare supply chain agency, we design and execute a national level end-to-end supply chain blueprint in partnership with 27 Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop procurement and logistics capabilities across sourcing, purchasing and logistics operations.
Drive value creation through cost containment strategies, innovation aligned with operational priorities and financial objectives.
Lead and drive transformation initiatives to enhance procurement effectiveness.
Ensure continuity of supplies to support clinical services and patient care.
Strengthen supply chain resilience and risk management.
Champion cross functional collaboration with stakeholders to formulate and execute forward looking sourcing strategies that support evolving healthcare needs.
Establish strong governance frameworks to ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.
Accountable for delivering key procurement and supply chain performance indicators, aligned with business needs.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, business, supply chain or related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of experiences in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in a healthcare provider’s environment and/or with knowledge in healthcare supplies.
At least 6-8 years in a leadership role, managing procurement and logistics team.
Proven experience in delivering cost optimisation, value creation and supply assurance.
Exposure to procurement governance, compliance, and policy implementation.
Demonstrated experience working in a matrix reporting environment.
