Our Client:

• Manufacturing Industry

• 5 Days, Office Hours

• Joo Koon

• Up to $6,500 per month, AWS, and VB

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage quality plans for new products and product modifications to meet customer and project requirements.

• Support risk analysis activities such as design reviews, FMEA, and reliability test planning.

• Lead measurement planning, capability studies, and qualification activities for new or modified parts and processes.

• Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth product launches and compliance with quality control plans.

• Ensure customer and supplier quality documentation is completed and approved.

• Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis for quality issues during new product launches.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and development processes.

Requirements:

• Min Engineering or Manufacturing Engineer.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering or related engineering environment.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 quality systems

• Good knowledge of metrology, GD&T, and statistical analysis tools such as Minitab.

• Familiar with quality tools such as FMEA, Lean, or Six Sigma.

• Able to Travel when required
