Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

  • Identify and engage new clients interested in geomancy, feng shui, or related consultation services.

  • Build relationships with homeowners, business owners, real estate agents, and corporate partners.

  • Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and project goals.

  • Deliver exceptional service to foster trust and long-term relationships with clients.

Sales Execution & Coordination

  • Present and explain geomancy service packages and offerings clearly and confidently.

  • Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.

  • Coordinate closely with consultants and the Singapore HQ to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Market Insight & Collaboration

  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and client expectations.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop local promotional campaigns or partnerships.

  • Provide feedback to management on customer insights and business development opportunities.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations.

  • Experience in service-based industries (consulting, lifestyle, property, wellness) is an advantage.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor.

  • Strong presentation and consultative selling abilities.

  • Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, etc.).

  • Fluent in English (or additional local languages) preferred to serve a diverse clientele.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
