We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth and expand our Parking Management portfolio. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, securing Operations and Management Contracts, and building long-term partnerships with clients, property owners, developers and key stakeholders.
Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will conduct market research, site surveys, parking feasibility studies, revenue projections and financial analyses to develop competitive business proposals and tender submissions. You will also contribute innovative ideas to enhance our parking products, services, and business offerings while supporting the Company's strategic growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate is commercially driven, proactive and possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience in the parking, facilities management, real estate, property management or related industries will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, tenders and Invitations to Tender (ITT).
Conduct market research, site surveys, parking feasibility studies, revenue forecasting and cost analysis.
Develop and implement innovative business development and marketing strategies to grow the Company's parking management portfolio.
Analyse car park occupancy trends, financial performance and operational data to recommend business improvements.
Prepare high-quality business proposals, tender submissions, presentations and commercial documentation.
Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, consultants, developers, and business partners.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of newly secured projects.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and emerging market opportunities.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in the parking management, facilities management, property management or related industry.
Experience in preparing tenders, business proposals and contract submissions will be an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful and results-oriented with a proven ability to develop new business opportunities.
Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
