Responsibilities

• Create and update detailed BIM models focused on HVAC systems using Revit

• Coordinate M&E drawings with architectural, structural, and other trades

• Produce accurate shop drawings, section views, and coordination drawings for construction

• Support project engineers and managers in design reviews and clash detection

• Maintain proper BIM documentation and model standards in accordance with project requirements

• Collaborate with project teams for BIM coordination meetings and updates

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a BIM Operator in the construction industry

• Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD

• BIM execution plans and project coordination standards
