HIRING NOW: PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN | WOODLANDS

Position: Permanent Role
Location: Woodlands
Salary: Up to $3,500 + 3 Months Bonus + Shift Allowance

Working Schedule:
12-hour shift (4/3/3/4 work pattern)

Day Shift: 8:00AM – 8:15PM

• Additional $20/day work allowance applies

Night Shift: 8:00PM – 8:15AM

• Additional $45/night shift allowance applies

Job Responsibilities:
• Assemble complex mechanical and electrical equipment based on engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing documentation.
• Perform troubleshooting, precision alignment, calibration, and quality inspections to ensure products meet operational and dimensional standards.
• Execute assembly processes efficiently while safely operating hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to workplace safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Participate in cross-training, complete required certifications, and support continuous improvement initiatives while performing additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industries

• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment

• Ability to lift up to 23 kg and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and kneeling.
