About the role

Galaxy Studio Interior Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager – Interior Fitting Out Work (Builder & M&E) to join our dynamic team in the Woodlands North Region. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in overseeing and managing the interior fitting out operations, coordinating between builder and mechanical & electrical (M&E) teams to ensure seamless project delivery. As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex fit-out projects from inception through completion, ensuring quality standards are maintained, budgets are adhered to, and timelines are met. This role is integral to our company's success and reputation for delivering exceptional interior design and construction solutions.

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of interior fitting out projects, including coordination between builder and M&E contractors

2. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and expenditure against established targets

3. Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards and company quality procedures throughout all fit-out works

4. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to maintain quality control and address any issues or delays promptly

5. Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration

6. Prepare detailed project documentation, reports and handover documentation upon completion

7. Lead and mentor junior project managers and site teams, providing guidance and support for professional development

8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness and safety across all projects

9. Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery

10. leading a few work group projects, a manage daily operation arrangement .

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in interior fit-out project management, with proven expertise in coordinating builder and M&E works

2. Formal qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or related field

3. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety standards in the construction industry

4. Demonstrated experience managing budgets, timelines and resources on complex, multi-disciplinary projects

5. Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications

6. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff

7. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to liaise effectively across all levels

8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

9. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
