Retail Sales Executive for Wine & Spirits store- 8 Club Street - #1166192

Looking for someone who is friendly, independent and responsible to manage day-to-day operations and handle customer enquiries in a wine & spirit retail store.

Responsibilities:

>Handling walk-in customers’ enquiries in a professional manner

>Providing recommendations based on the customer’s needs

>Generating and closing sales

>Managing and maintaining the store display, aware of the stock level

>Responsible for store sales

>Assist in generating a marketing campaign for the store.

>Responsive during working hours

>Communicate any challenges and issues faced during operation

Requirement:

>Experience and understanding about spirits & wines

>Prior experience in wine and spirits retail will be an advantage

>Able to communicate well in both English and Mandarin

>The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

>Honest

>WEST Cert or Whisky Cert will be a plus.

PACKAGE:

• Working hours: 11 am to 930pm, 5 days a week
