Job Summary

Manage subcontractors and daily operations to ensure timely progress and cost control of M&E and builder works, maintaining strong client and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution

• Prepare detailed progress reports and claims to track project status and financials

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors to facilitate collaboration

• Control and monitor project costs to meet budgetary targets and optimize resource use

• Oversee mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations and builder works to ensure compliance with standards and timelines

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline

• Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical and electrical (M&E) works

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of chiller and ACMV systems to support project oversight

• Understanding of high tension (HT) and low tension (LT) electrical works for effective management

• Familiarity with builder and plumbing works to coordinate multidisciplinary tasks

• Awareness of fire protection works to ensure safety compliance
