Warehouse Executive - SQL (Semiconductor) - #1166356

• Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

• Basic salary up $5000 + AWS + VB + Allowance

• North Area

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain safety stock levels for production materials.

• Manage material delivery to cleanroom operations and ensure timely availability.

• Evaluate and develop second sources to secure supply chain continuity.

• Build and maintain a material cost system and continuously identify opportunities for cost reduction.

• Establish and monitor material in/out management systems to ensure traceability.

• Create standard product BOM lists and usage rates, ensuring rational and safe material utilization.

• Analyze warehouse data using SQL or similar tools to track inventory trends, optimize stock levels, and generate actionable insights.

• Collaborate with suppliers, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth material operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant material management or warehouse engineering experience.

• Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools for reporting and inventory optimization.

• Experience in evaluating material suppliers and full-process material management preferred.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and process improvement mindset.
