We are seeking a strategic and creative individual to build, strengthen, and elevate our brand presence. This role is responsible for developing brand strategies, executing integrated campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and execute long-term brand strategies aligned with business objectives
Define brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Campaign Planning & Execution
Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, social, retail)
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for effectiveness
Market & Consumer Insights
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and trends
Translate insights into actionable brand initiatives
Track competitor activity and identify opportunities
Content & Creative Development
Oversee content strategy including social media, advertising, and brand storytelling
Work closely with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing assets
Ensure all communications align with brand identity
Performance & Analytics
Track and report on brand KPIs such as awareness, engagement, and equity
Use data to inform decisions and improve campaign performance
Manage marketing budgets and ROI
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and retail
Manage relationships with agencies, partners, and vendors
Qualifications & Requirements
2-4 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer-driven industries
Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns
Having experience in ATL advertising is an advantage
Strong team player
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects and work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
A collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
