About The Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support the company's expansion plans by attracting and hiring high-performing sales professionals.
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for our sales team, from sourcing candidates and arranging interviews to offer and onboarding coordination. This role is highly KPI-driven and suitable for individuals who enjoy speaking to people, moving quickly, and achieving hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
Source and attract suitable candidates for positions through job portals, social media and referrals.
Review and shortlist candidate profiles provided by the company.
Conduct resume screening and candidate assessments.
Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Interview Coordination
Contact shortlisted candidates and schedule interviews promptly.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers if required.
Ensure candidates attend scheduled interviews and minimise no-show rates.
Candidate Management
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess suitability, communication skills, attitude, and motivation.
Build rapport and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide candidates with accurate information regarding the role, company, remuneration, and career progression opportunities.
Manage candidate expectations and follow up on pending decisions.
Offer Management
Facilitate offer discussions and negotiations with selected candidates.
Prepare and issue offer letters and employment documentation.
Follow up with candidates to secure offer acceptance.
Manage pre-onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology or related discipline.
Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, telesales or customer-facing roles will be advantageous.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging candidates daily.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
