Responsibilities:
Receive and update customer bookings
Handle customer queries promptly and professionally
Maintain good customer relationships with customers
Maintain customer records
Communicate closely with operations and sales department
Monitor air cargo status and update customers promptly and accurately
Requirements:
Minimum NITEC / GCE “O” Level / Diploma in relevant discipline
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a similar position in Cargo or airline industry
Entry level are welcome to apply
Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
Excellent communication ability
Proficient with spreadsheets and system entries
Willingness to learn, quick learner, attention to detail
