Key Responsibilities

• Partner with management and department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

• Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation and benefits, and talent management.

• Provide HR advisory and practical solutions on people-related matters while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment legislation.

• Review, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.

• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organisational development initiatives.

• Manage workforce planning and support business expansion.

• Leverage HR technology and digital tools to improve HR efficiency and reporting.

• Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.

• Lead or participate in HR transformation and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience, with experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Tech-savvy with experience using HRIS, Microsoft 365, and digital HR solutions.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in healthcare, logistics, transport, or service industries will be an advantage.

Salary: From S$5,000 + Bonuses + Other attractive benefits

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm
