Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and schedules of rates based on project drawings and specifications.

• Prepare tender submissions, develop cost plans and budgets, and conduct tender evaluations and cost comparisons to support project bidding.

• Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations and ensure effective project cost management.

• Monitor project costing, maintain tender documentation, and support commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Perform other quantity surveying and commercial duties as assigned by the management team.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in M&E or ACMV projects.

• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, cost estimation, pricing structures, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and schedules of rates.

• Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
