Asst IT Manager/IT Manager

Core Responsibilities:

• Technical Operations: Manage IT support using ITIL/ITSM frameworks, including L1–L3 troubleshooting, hardware/software support, Microsoft 365 administration, asset management, and coordinating IT projects and procurement.

• Governance & Vendor Management: Lead IT governance and policy creation, monitor operational controls, manage software license compliance, and act as the primary liaison for external vendors.

• Cybersecurity: Operate within the Microsoft E5 environment (Defender XDR & Sentinel) to monitor and investigate security alerts, ensure data integrity, and provide management with monthly reports.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 5–8 years in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure, with strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID/Azure AD).

• Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Skills: Strong hardware/network troubleshooting, experience with system monitoring/patching, and familiarity with cybersecurity tools (Microsoft Defender/Sentinel).

• Competencies: Ability to lead IT governance, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with management.
